The building is a twin house. Each of the two units offers the intimacy of a detached family house, thanks to the complete separation and the level difference. Their only joint wall is fitted with extra soundproofing, the junction of the terraces and garden areas is also equipped with soundproofing panels installed between the adjacent terraces and garden areas, in addition to their difference in level.

 

The unit facing the street has three floors. The floor plans show a proposed layout, which can still be modified. We will be happy to help you find the solution which best suits your specific needs.

 

At the garage level, there is a spacious private carport with ample room for two cars and further two-wheelers as well as other storage functions. From here you enter the lower level of the residential unit, which is already connected to the garden. Beside the storage and mechanical rooms, there is a bathroom and two large living rooms, both with access to the private garden. Alternatively, this space can be turned into a home office, fitness-wellness area, media room, wine cellar, separate living unit for older children or grandparents, etc. – even with separate access from the garden.

 

The stairs lead us up to the ground floor of the apartment, to where the pedestrian entrance from the garden also arrives. From the hallway opens a small wardrobe and a guest toilet. The spacious living-kitchen-dining room combo is located on this level, with access to its large terrace and private garden. The entire level is surrounded by shaded terraces, extending the living space into the outdoors. On the long southern side of the building the rooms overlook the garden and the wooded parts of the neighboring plot. The street side of the living room boasts a charming view of the forest. As the living-dining-kitchen unit is very large, an additional room can be planned on this level if required. The terraces can be further increased in size, the covered surfaces can be extended under the entire pergola system.

 

Continuing up the stairs we reach the top floor. This area is divided into two main parts. Two bedrooms share a bathroom and a separate toilet. A study corner with overhead lighting can be placed in the hallway. The other unit is a large bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. It overlooks the forest through a large window in the master bedroom.

The elegant atmosphere of the living spaces on the ground and first floors is further enhanced by their high ceilings.
